Please note that you do not need a referral to see Dr. Black, and may simply contact reception to book an appointment. Privately funded sessions may attract a rebate from your private health insurance.
If you choose to obtain a referral from your GP, this will allow Medicare rebates for the following services:
Supervision fees are $222 for a 50 minute consultation.
Session non-attendance and late cancellations
Please note that not attending a scheduled session still results in the full fee being payable. This needs to be paid before your next appointment, to maintain the next scheduled appointment. No further appointments can be booked until this fee is paid.
If you cancel an appointment at late notice (i.e., less than 48 hours’ notice), then a 50% cancellation fee will apply. This fee needs to be paid promptly, to maintain your next scheduled appointment and to be able to book more appointments.
