Please note that you do not need a referral to see Dr. Black, and may simply contact reception to book an appointment. Privately funded sessions may attract a rebate from your private health insurance.
If you choose to obtain a referral from your GP, this will allow Medicare rebates for some services.

Please note that not attending a scheduled session still results in the full fee being payable. This needs to be paid before your next appointment, to maintain the next scheduled appointment/s. No further appointments can be booked until this fee is paid.
If you cancel an appointment at late notice (i.e., less than 48 hours’ notice), then a 50% cancellation fee will apply. This fee needs to be paid promptly, to maintain your next scheduled appointment and to be able to book more appointments.
